Hunter Coast Homes have been in business for over 17 years and during this time have constructed many projects thoughout the Hunter Valley including small commercial constructions, duplexes, multi-unit projects and a diverse range of architecturally designed homes. We have experienced steady and controlled growth with each year and this is reflected in the level of Home Owners Insurance cover we can offer our customers, mandatory on each project.

As you are no doubt aware the cheapest quote is not always the best option, especially in the building industry where job inclusions and specifications can vary enormously.
Each job is assigned to our construction department only after contracts have been signed and all internal and external selections are received by the office, this allows us to place orders for trades and products accurately and affords you an enjoyable and well communicated building experience. A supervisor is then allocated to control your project and he will keep you very well informed in regards to the progress on your project. All the usual and statutory guarantees and warranties are provided and we offer an after completion and handover service that is second to none. We expect to create a friendship with each client and we want you to be our friends after the contract and works have been completed in full, so we will ensure you are completely satisfied.

Hunter Coast Homes Pty Limited commenced trading in June 1993 and has been involved with more than 300 local projects throughout the region.
The company was initially formed by Trevor Bice, a current director, in partnership with his wife Karen and in those days the company was known as Bicebuild. The business was operated from Trevor’s residence for the first 7 years of trading which allowed the company to enjoy steady growth, cost control and immediate attention to customers needs, business ethics that are still very much focused upon today. In 1995 the company Bicebuild Pty Ltd was formed and started trading as Hunter Coast Homes. This path was followed for 4 years before 1999 saw the building industry heading for its busiest period ever with the introduction of the GST on July 1 2000. This period throughout the building industry was unbelievably busy, demand outweighed supply enormously and resources were stretched to breaking point.
In May 2000 Darren Rodgers joined the company during the mad pre-GST period and ended up purchasing fifty percent of the business in July 2000 to become a full partner. Further changes were then necessary, the company name was changed to Hunter Coast Homes Pty Ltd and the company was re-located to an office space in Lambton. As part of our expansion plans we needed to employ more staff to help with the ever increasing workloads we were experiencing. We currently operate from office space at Christo Road Georgetown which also has storage and warehouse facilities.
Today our staff levels have certainly grown and our employees are committed to customer service and delivering a quality product to our clients on time and on budget. The Hunter Coast team is as follows; Trevor Bice – Director, Darren Rodgers – Managing Director, Matt Day - Construction Manager, Shane Bower - Sales and Estimating, Jennifer – Sales and Client liaison, Suzanne - Accounts, Stephen Connors - Purchasing, Laura Convey -Construction, Maintenance and Contracts Officer, Maree - Reception.
Our Site Supervisors are Simon Fox, Tony Beavan, Adam Collins, Greg Heaton, Greg Pountney and Paul Beavan.

Shane is responsible for producing estimates and full quotations to prospective clients and providing advice on products.
